Psywave inflicts a random amount of HP damage, varying between 50% and 150% of the user's level. In other words, at level 100 the damage will be 50-150 HP.
The damage is typeless (not affected by type advantages/disadvantages) but it still does not hit Dark type Pokémon.
When a Pokémon is holding Psychium Z and uses its Z-Power, Psywave turns into Shattered Psyche and has base power 100.
