Rototiller raises the Attack and Special Attack of any Grass-type Pokémon on the field by one stage each.
Stats can be raised to a maximum of +6 stages each.
When a Pokémon is holding Groundium Z and uses its Z-Power, Rototiller turns into Z-Rototiller and raises Attack one stage, in addition to its usual effect as above.
