Ion Deluge changes Normal-type moves to Electric-type for all Pokémon on the field, for the remainder of the turn.
When a Pokémon is holding Electrium Z and uses its Z-Power, Ion Deluge turns into Z-Ion Deluge and raises Special Attack one stage, in addition to its usual effect as above.
