Amnesia raises the user's Special Defense by two stages.
Stats can be raised to a maximum of +6 stages each.
When a Pokémon is holding Psychium Z and uses its Z-Power, Amnesia turns into Z-Amnesia and eliminates any stat drops applied to the user, in addition to its usual effect as above.
